The late 19th century Clock Tower, a brick red hexagon, originally housed the port captain's office where the captain could survey all activities from a mirrored room on the second floor. Restored in 1997, it has a deck out over the water from which you can observe Cape Fur Seals. The Clock Tower Centre has a variety of shops for browsing.
