Attached to the Gay & Lesbian Center of Las Vegas, Bronze Cafe is a downtown, gay-owned bistro serving fresh, inspired cuisine that is predominantly vegan. The menu is large and varied, but standouts are the Tree of Life Pita with eggplant, the fresh-baked muffins, and the turkey avocado sandwich. Many have claimed this is the best vegetarian food in the city, and the Center itself is of course worth visiting.
