Todd English is a four-time James Beard Award winner with several successful upscale ventures in Las Vegas - including the wonderful Olives at the Bellagio - but the atmosphere at P.U.B. is decidedly casual. The expansive beer list pairs with a down-home menu of prime beef sandwiches, bangers and mash, and chicken pot pies, all at moderate prices. There are plenty of TVs for those who want to catch a game, and the bar scene is lively and led by beer-savvy bartenders.
