Set on 180-acres of hiking trails, wetlands, and meadows, Springs Preserve is an urban nature preserve dedicated to exploring the ecological history of Las Vegas. A series of interactive exhibits housed in eco-friendly buildings at the heart of the preserve document the ways humans have developed to exist in a desert climate. An outdoor play area for children with a recycled climbing apparatus and a small petting zoo rounds out the experience. Tickets are $11 to $19.
