With the air of a 1930s Shanghai teahouse, Café China serves Sichuan dishes authentic enough to make eyes water. Favorites are Chungking Chicken (prepared with plenty of dried chilis), Ma Po Tofu and Spicy Cumin Lamb. It also offers dim sum. Weekday specials are served from 11 am to 3 pm. No reservations for parties under eight.
