Lockhart Road, which runs the full length of Wan Chai, is one of Hong Kong's primary bar neighborhood, a longtime red-light district made (in)famous by "The World of Susie Wong" book and movie more than a half-century ago. Spiffy bars and clubs have joined the topless bars, but folks here still drink more and longer and cheaper than in other entertainment centers around town.
