Holsten Brauerei, now owned by Carlsberg, offers two-hour tours of the brewery, ending with a snack and freshly tapped Holsten Pilsener. There's a more comprehensive four-hour seminar for beer connoisseurs and an eight-hour "beer expert" seminar in which you brew your own beer and design your own beer label.
