Right in the heart of the gayest street in Rio and just two blocks from the beach, Tô nem Aí - slang for 'I don't care' - is a go-to bar for the boys and girls in Ipanema. During major festivities like Carnival and New Year's Eve, it is practically impossible to get a spot inside. Reasonably priced, the attraction here is most definitely the crowd and the terrace, and perhaps less so the food and the service.
