Two blocks off the Malécon, the non-profit OPC Gallery - Oficina de Projectos Culturales - launched its ambitious inter-disciplinary cultural program in what once was a paint store in 2014 two blocks. It hosts film screenings, lectures, youth workshops and national and international museum-quality exhibitions with curator-led gallery walks.
