A free tour of the monumental Malecón sculptures is held every Tuesday at 9:30 am mid-November through mid-April. The tour begins at Mathis Lidice's Millennium sculpture by the Rosita Hotel at the northern end of the Malecon (boardwalk) and concludes with sculptures by Jim Demetro. Gary Thompson, owner of Galeria Pacifico, leads the way with artists often on hand to explain the story behind the sculptures
