The flagship restaurant of Panama's Henesy Rodriguez Group and sister to Market, La Posta has the air of a tropical mansion with patterned tiled floors, ceiling fans and a private garden out back. Soon after opening a decade ago in the Bella Vista neighborhood, it became one of the most popular restaurants in the city and known for seafood, pastas and top-quality meats. Open daily noon to 3 p.m., 7 p.m. to 11p.m., Saturdays 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.
