Zuma is the popular minimalist Japanese restaurant in the Epic Hotel downtown on the Miami River. Other Zumas operate in London, Hong Kong, Istanbul, Dubai and Bangkok. It serves Japanese delicacies izakaya style, rather like tapas nibbled informally with drinks after work. Anything but informal, it has a sleek saki bar and a sushi counter that serves otoro tuna.
