The Time Warner building at Columbus Circle is a mammoth glass structure housing four floors of retail and some of the city's best restaurants.  The view of Central Park from inside is lovely, and there are rotating art displays and pop-ups in the mezzanine (It also has the cleanest and most luxurious public bathrooms in the area).
