Din Tai Fung, the international noodle and dumpling chain begun in a Taipei stall in 1972, is known particularly for its soup dumplings. Dumplings are hand made and ordered a la carte. As at most Din Tai Fung restaurants, expect a line. It also has outlets in the Westfield, Central Park and Emporium Shopping Centers.
